Described in the report as an open-world driving game, Lego 2K Drive has single-player and multiplayer, and it allows players to make their own cars out of Lego pieces with more than 1,000 options.

Lego 2K Drive will have different biomes, a number of race types to compete in, minigames, collectibles, and a story that weaves everything together, the report said. In multiplayer, players can race with and against friends, and there is a co-op mode for up to six players. The game also supports two-player split-screen and online multiplayer.

In addition to the $70 standard edition (or $60 on last-gen systems), there will be a $100 Awesome Edition that comes with an extra vehicle, a vehicle cosmetic, an in-game minifigure, and the Year 1 Drive Pass, the report said. A $120 Awesome Rivals Edition has even more in-game content and the Year 1 Drive Pass, which includes a new biome and four post-launch batches of content. Each will contain more vehicles and themes.

Finally, everyone who preorders the game gets the Aquadirt Racer Pack, which comes with a water-themed vehicles, according to the report.
