Rocksteady has pulled Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice league offline after players have reported that their story campaigns "auto-completed," and the studio is looking into the issue.

"We’re aware that a number of players are currently experiencing an issue whereby upon logging into the game for the first time, they have full story completion. To resolve this issue, we will be performing maintenance on the game servers," Rocksteady said in a statement on Twitter.

The studio continued, "During this time the game will be unavailable. We expect this to take several hours and will update once we have more information."

Those who preordered the Deluxe Edition of the game get to play it 72 hours early ahead of its official February 1 release date. The game went live first in New Zealand, and players in other territories are able to set their Xbox consoles to match the region in order to play the game early as well.

In GameSpot's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice league preview, we said, "After playing about five hours of Suicide Squad during a hands-on preview session, we came away feeling that Rocksteady's third-person shooter live-game has cool ideas that sometimes work against each other."

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League officially launches on February 1 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. As part of the game's post-launch plans, the Joker will be added as a playable character.
