Developer Embark Studios wants to make it right for Arc Raiders players who dealt with server problems over the weekend. As such, anyone who logged in to the extraction shooter on November 2 will receive 500 Raider Tokens.
The official Arc Raiders account on X announced the in-game compensation for players. The post acknowledges "that our servers had a wobble on Sunday," with SteamDB noting the game hit a new peak concurrent-players count of 354,836 people on Steam that day. This comes after Arc Raiders already broke a Steam record for extraction shooters with PvP. Keep in mind that the game is also available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S (as well as Epic Games Store), so these numbers are obviously higher than just what's on Valve's platform.
We appreciate your patience as our servers had a wobble on Sunday, Scrappy must've pecked a few wires loose, he's been put on the naughty step 🐓

As a token of our thanks, we're sending 500 Raider Tokens to all Raiders who logged in on Sunday.
Arc Raiders also experienced server issues on launch day, October 30. That isn't necessarily rare for multiplayer games at the start and showcases the player demand for the game. It also gives credence to Embark making the call to release Arc Raiders between Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
Looking ahead, Embark has stated that Arc Raiders won't add "novelty" skins, instead focusing on the game's aesthetics. Collaboration skins have become a lightning-rod issue in other shooters, as earlier this year the developers behind Battlefield 6 claimed the shooter will stay grounded with cosmetics.
This month, Arc Raiders will see a new map and quests as part of the North Line update. The game's roadmap also reveals that a Cold Snap update is on the way in December.
