Passed away peacefully on 13 February 2025, aged 95.

Beloved husband of Diana (both now deceased), loving father of Joe, Mario, and Lidia, cherished Nonno to 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Vince was the eldest and head of the Sita family, respected by many friends and relatives. Born in Condojanni (Reggio Calabria), he was a devoted family man, a proud member of the Italian community in Concord West, a passionate landscape gardener for over 40 years, and a lifelong Juventus supporter.


The Sita family thanks everyone for their kindness. A Celebration of Vince’s Life will be held on Wednesday, 19 February at 12pm at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Mortlake (33 Gale St, Mortlake), followed by interment at Rookwood Cemetery. A Rosary service will be held on Tuesday, 18 February at 6:30pm, also at St. Patrick’s. All are welcome.
