BANOVAC, Felicija
30 Aug 1942
26 Mar 2022
Beloved husband, father and grandfather, Felicija Banovac, passed away on Saturday Morning, 26th March 2022. Felicija was born in the small town of Grebastica in Croatia in 1942. Married in 1967 to his wife Matija together, the pair have raised and guided their family for 55 years. In 1969 they moved their young family to Australia and settled in Ivanhoe in Melbourne. Felicija worked hard to provide for his family in Australia, and as a bricklayer, he took great pride in his contribution to Melbournes' burgeoning suburbs. He was passionate about his adopted country of Australia and became a citizen in 1982, but his home country of Croatia was always close to his heart. He is survived by his wife Matija, son Damian and son Edi and his family Jane, Alex and Rhys.
Rest In Peace, “Dida”, we will always love you, and you are always in our hearts.
