ILOTT, Shirley Inis
1929 – 2023
Shirley died on 4 February 2023 at the Austin Hospital. Wife of the late Edwin Noel Ilott and, latterly, partner of the late John Carlyle Williams, and long time resident of Nepean St. Greensborough. In her final years, Shirley was cared for with great kindness by the staff at Regis Macleod, who enjoyed her sense of humour.
From difficult beginnings Shirley made the most of her 93 years, and was a loyal friend to the family of the late Dr Norman and Mrs Erna Mendelson for over 65 years. She is greatly missed by many, and especially Vicki, Marian, Georgina and Neil.
After a long and hard working life she can now rest in peace.
