BRASZELL, (nee Bodey), Eunice Jean
Born 25th August, 1926 Eunice passed on to a new journey on Friday 6th September, 2024 at the Williamstown Hospital. In her 99th year.
Dear mother to Rodney and Shane, mother-in-law to Bernie and grandmother to Brenten and Brittany.
Youngest daughter of Harold and Roselen (Jacobson) Bodey, sister and sister-in-law to Thurza and Cedric Horbury, Stanley and Myra (Taylor) Bodey and Ray and Joan (Liddicutt) Bodey (all dec). Great grand-daughter to John Bodey of Wicklow County Ireland (1810-1916).
We are deeply saddened by the passing of our Mum, who was a paragon of resilience and perseverance, qualities that profoundly shaped our lives. Her stern approach was always underpinned by a deep and abiding care for her children's wellbeing. Her sacrifices and unwavering strength were the cornerstones of a fulfilling and meaningful life, greatly enhanced by Shane's devotion. Eunice (Mum) will be cherished in our memories forever. With love - Rod, Bernie, Brenten and Brittany.
Mum, you are my super hero, my strength, my guide and my world. I love you with all my heart and you will live on through me and your family. We are one and the same.
A precious mother from us is gone. A voice we loved is still. A place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled. Away in God's beautiful garden, sheltered from sorrow and pain. That's where our loved one is waiting. Until we meet again. With lots of my love always, Your loving and devoted son Shane. xx
Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Footscray and Williamstown Hospitals for your dedicated care and support of our Mum.
