Dad, you will be greatly missed. Your departure has left an irreplaceable void in my life, but I find comfort in the countless memories and adventures we shared. Your quick wit and infectious humor brought warmth and laughter to every gathering, leaving an indelible mark on the faces and hearts of everyone fortunate enough to experience it.
Your love for life was unparalleled. You approached each day with boundless enthusiasm, infusing even the simplest of moments with joy and vitality. Whether it was through your unwavering optimism, your zest for adventure and global experiences, music knowledge, footy facts or business acumen; you taught us the value of embracing every opportunity and cherishing the beauty of the present. Your readily available “dad advice” chats and calls about any subject always put my life in perspective.
We always will know an appropriate bed time from you bringing out the toothbrush. And I will always appreciate the necessity of a man shed with a good sound system!
Beyond being a loving father, you were a pillar of strength and support to so many. Your kindness and compassion and your inspiring life journey touched countless lives, leaving a lasting impression on those who sought solace in your comforting words or sought guidance in times of need.
Your spirit will forever live on within us. We will carry your memory with us, treasuring the lessons you taught us and your classic one liners.
