BRICE, Peter
05/06/1930 - 14/08/2022
Since joining the Squadron in 1984, Peter has been a highly valued and well respected member. He spent over 30 years performing operational duties, both at sea and in the radio base. When he stepped down from these duties he willingly took on the task of raising the public profile of the Squadron by presenting promotional talks and guided talks for community groups. In addition, Peter was, for a while one of our Radio Instructors. For his dedication Peter was awarded life membership of the Squadron in 2000. He was also awarded the National Medal with 2 clasps, representing 35 years of service to the Australian boating community.
He is fondly remembered and well regarded by all members who had dealings with him.
Our condolences and thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
