Passed away peacefully on October 10th.
Gwen and I have been friends for 73 years.
Wonderful years of our cricket career with Collingwood Ladies C.C.Gwen was a remarkable woman.She was widowed in 1965 and had no children. She then took on fostering new born babies. 56 in total, until they were adopted, over many years . her love for my family held no bounds. She was Joanne's godmother and aunty to Rod. She was a great babysitter. Gwen also came to all our family gatherings and shared her love with my 8 grandchildren. We will miss you on your birthdays and Xmas. Thank you for all your love, you are in our hearts forever. Love always Sawn, Jo, Rod & family
